The main Liquid Spirit Gozo festival takes place annually in September, with confirmed dates released in advance. The dates for 2026 are Friday 11th (8pm) - Tuesday 15th September (4.00am). In addition to the festival, monthly sessions run at FRONT in Xlendi throughout the year.

Liquid Spirit Gozo is a curated, boutique, music-led dance music festival based in Gozo, centred around soulful music. It features an international, DJ-led line-up playing across the soulful spectrum, including soul, R&B, funk, boogie, disco, soulful house and classic house. The festival focuses on musical quality and the shared dancefloor experience rather than mainstream nightlife, creating a space where music, atmosphere and connection come first.

Liquid Spirit Gozo takes place across multiple locations in Gozo over a long weekend. Events are hosted in carefully selected venues that change each year and showcase the island's unique qualities, including daytime, sunset and evening settings, chosen for their atmosphere and relationship to the music.

The music at Liquid Spirit Gozo spans soulful, vocal and deep house through to uplifting, melodic and classic house. Programming is designed to evolve with the time of day, with warmer, more soulful sounds during daytime sessions and deeper house selections in the evenings.

A festival pass provides access to the core programme of events across the festival period. Certain experiences, such as boat parties or dining-led events, may be ticketed separately due to capacity and production requirements.

Yes. Liquid Spirit Gozo also hosts smaller events outside the main festival period, including monthly sessions featuring DJs from the Liquid Spirit Gozo roster. These events offer opportunities to experience the music locally throughout the year. Check our Facebook page for details.

LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo is an extended weekend festival with unique experiences, stunning venues, daily pop-up events, and unforgettable boat parties around Gozo, Comino, and Malta. Each year, we offer a curated selection of locations, ensuring new discoveries every visit. MAIN SITE AREAS: Villa Fiorita (15 minutes walk from Marsalforn Bay), Xwenji Bay (10 minutes walk from Marsalforn Bay), La Grotta (5 minutes walk from Xlendi Bay), Paradiso (5 minutes walk from Xlendi Bay), FRONT / ABOVE (Xlendi in Xlendi Bay). 1. Fly to Malta (MTA) 2. Gozo is accessible by one of two ferry options from Malta; Ferry Service From Malta To Gozo: Details: Two ferry services operate between Gozo and Malta regularly. Gozo Highspeed from Valletta and Gozo Channel Ferry from Cirkewwa. Tips: Check the schedule and plan your trips accordingly. Buy Gozo Highspeed tickets online in advance. There are several transportation options available once you are on Gozo Island. 1. Taxis and Ride-Hailing Services: Details: LSG has an official Taxi service for festival goers. More Info here. Taxi Apps: Bolt and Uber operate in Malta and Gozo. Tips: We suggest to organise taxi's in advance to ensure you arrive on time 2. Public Buses: Details: Gozo has a reliable public bus service that covers most parts of the island. Tips: Check the schedule and routes on the Malta Public Transport website or mobile app. 3. Rental Cars: Details: Renting a car can give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. Tips: Book in advance, and remember that driving is on the left side of the road. There will be plenty of places to park near the festival sites. 4. Bicycles and Scooters: Details: Renting a bicycle or scooter is a fun and eco-friendly way to get around. Tips: Wear a helmet and be cautious on narrow roads. 5. Walking: Details: Gozo is small and many attractions are within walking distance, especially in towns like Victoria. Our Boat Parties and Pop-Up events form the heart of the LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo experience. Each year, we present unique, meaningful gatherings in handpicked locations that celebrate Gozo’s unique charm and character, all whilst offering you an authentic Gozitan experience. All events are included with your festival pass, except for Soulfood and the boat parties. which require an additional fee. These are released on 1st May. 1. BOAT PARTYS - GOZO ISLAND Sail around the crystal clear waters of Gozo, Comino and Malta. Swim in The Blue Lagoon and watch the sun drop into the ocean with the best soundtrack. Details: Boat tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare case of unexpected weather, these may be postponed or, at worst, cancelled, and your tickets will be refunded. Boats leave from MGARR PIER (walk past the Gozo Highspeed Ferry office to the end of the pontoon) 2. SOULFOOD Indulge in delectable local food, refreshing drinks, and a curated selection of soulful sounds in a unique and memorable Gozitan setting. Details: Soulfood tickets are limited and include a welcome drink, locally inspired meal and the finest soulful DJs. 3. PRE-PARTY The Pre-Party is for anyone who arrives on Gozo the day before. We take over 3 floors at FRONT bar and restaurant, L5 & L6. 4. ALL OTHER POP UPS All other Pop-ups are free entry with your festival ticket. These include: The Xwejni Beach Party, our Pool Parties and more.

Prices are super affordable. Expect to pay around €5-€10 for snacks, €10-€20 for meals, and €3 - €8 for drinks.

CURRENCY The official currency for Gozo Island and Malta is the Euro (€). CURRENCY EXCHANGE Currency exchange services are available at banks and exchange offices in Gozo. Some hotels may also offer this service. ATMs are also dotted all over the island for you to draw out cash. ATMS There are plenty of ATMs dotted around Gozo Island and most places use tap and go. There are ATMS in both Marsalforn and Xlendi, but should not be wholly relied upon! TOKENS All drinks at the main festival sites on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be token only. Tokens can be purchased with cash or a card next to the bars. Each token is worth €2. There will be no refunds on tokens, so please buy consciously. BOATS & POP-UPS Boats will be CARD ONLY.⁠ Pop-Ups will take cards and cash. TIPPING Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. A 10% tip for good service is standard.
