Reef Gozo Hotel & Spa is the exclusive accommodation partner for Liquid Spirit Gozo 2027.

Special festival rates are available only to confirmed LSG 2027 ticket holders. You may choose your own arrival and departure dates, subject to room availability.

Festival room rates

Prices are in euros, per room, per night, and include breakfast.

All room types and dates are subject to availability.

 

How to Book

 

1. Purchase your festival ticket

​

You must hold a valid Liquid Spirit Gozo 2027 festival ticket before requesting a room.

The Reef’s exclusive festival rates are available only to confirmed LSG 2027 guests.

 

2. Contact the hotel within seven days

​

You must contact Reef Gozo Hotel & Spa within seven days of purchasing your festival ticket.

 

When contacting the hotel, provide:

  • Your full name

  • Your Liquid Spirit Gozo 2027 festival ticket ID number

  • Your preferred arrival and departure dates

  • Your preferred room type

  • The number of guests staying in the room

  • Any accessibility, dietary or other special requirements

 

3. Wait for confirmation

​

The hotel will verify your festival ticket ID and confirm whether your requested dates and room type are available.

Your room is not reserved until the hotel has:

  • Verified your valid LSG 2027 ticket ID

  • Confirmed your dates and room type

  • Received your 25% deposit

  • Issued your accommodation confirmation

 

Accommodation Booking Terms

​

Eligibility

​

The exclusive Reef accommodation allocation and festival rates are available only to guests holding a valid Liquid Spirit Gozo 2027 ticket.

​

Bookings cannot be made through Booking.com, another third-party website, the hotel’s standard public booking system or any other booking route.

​

You must follow the dedicated LSG 2027 booking process and provide your festival ticket ID. Bookings made through another channel will not qualify for the exclusive festival rate or allocation.

​

Festival tickets and ticket ID numbers may not be transferred or shared for the purpose of obtaining an accommodation booking.

​

Seven-day booking window

​

You must contact the hotel within seven calendar days of purchasing your festival ticket.

Contacting the hotel within seven days gives you access to the exclusive booking process but does not guarantee a particular room type or set of dates. All accommodation remains subject to availability and hotel confirmation.

If you do not contact the hotel within seven days, access to the exclusive allocation or festival rate cannot be guaranteed.

Your stay dates

​

You may request your own arrival and departure dates.

The hotel will confirm whether accommodation is available for your chosen dates. Rates for dates outside the main festival stay may differ and will be confirmed before you book.

 

Deposit and payment

​

A deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm your reservation.

The outstanding balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your hotel booking confirmation. The hotel may release your room if the deposit or balance is not paid by the applicable deadline.

 

Cancellations

​

If you cancel your room on or before 30 April 2027, no cancellation charge will apply and your accommodation deposit should be refunded.

If you cancel on or after 1 May 2027, the 25% deposit will be retained as the cancellation charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the hotel in writing. Any exception must also be confirmed by the hotel in writing.

 

Changes to your booking

​

Requests to change your dates, room type or guest details must be made directly with the hotel.

Changes are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the hotel. A different rate may apply if you change your dates or room type.

 

What is included?

​

Your accommodation rate includes:

  • Your confirmed room

  • Breakfast

  • The inclusions stated in your hotel booking confirmation

 

Festival tickets, travel, transfers, insurance, food and drinks other than breakfast, spa treatments, room service and personal expenses are not included.

 

Any hotel extras must be paid directly to the hotel.

 

Room occupancy

​

The hotel will confirm the maximum occupancy, bed arrangement and suitability of your selected room.

Every person staying in the room must be included in the booking. Guests must not exceed the confirmed room occupancy.

 

Special requests

​

Accessibility requirements, dietary needs, bed arrangements and other special requests should be provided when requesting your room.

Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel in writing.

 

Separate bookings

​

Your festival ticket and hotel accommodation are separate bookings.

Purchasing a festival ticket does not automatically reserve a hotel room. Likewise, cancelling or changing a festival ticket does not automatically cancel or change your hotel booking.

 

We recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance to cover accommodation, travel disruption, illness and other unexpected circumstances.

By paying the accommodation deposit, the lead guest confirms that they have read and accepted these booking terms and the hotel’s applicable guest policies.​​
